IT exports from Visakhapatnam is expected to touch Rs 10,000 crore over the next two to three years, according to Sanjay Jaju, secretary, state IT department.
Jaju was addressing a seminar here on Tuesday. Currently, IT exports from Vizag stand at around Rs 1,000 crore.
AP Industrial Infrastructure Corporation executive direct Sridhar said they were developing a large incubation centre at Madhurawada here for the IT industry. The government has decided to allot 250-300 acres in Achuthapuram SEZ to IT companies, he said.
