Jet To Resume Mumbai-Nagpur Service From Sept 6

Jet Airways will resume its services in the Mumbai-Nagpur-Mumbai sector, starting September 6. In a bid to woo customers, it also plans to keep tariffs more attractive than Alliance Air, the only airline operating in the sector as of now.

Jet Air had withdrawn its Mumbai-Nagpur-Mumbai flight three years ago due to low passenger traffic.

The passenger load has not improved over the years as the Boeing 737 aircraft used by Alliance Air in the sector is also reportedly being operated on a mere 30 per cent of its capacity.
