Kisan morcha to move SC

The Bharatiya Kisan Morcha has decided to move the Supreme Court challenging the Allahabad High Court ban on "jugar", a vehicle used for carting farm produce.

A writ petition would be filed in the apex court on January 3 in this regard, Supreme Court Advocate Subash Maheshwari, who is representing lawyers of the morcha told reporters .
