The Left Front in West Bengal today said the Lalgarh killings incident was subjudice and it will refrain from commenting on the issue till the state government submits its affidavit before the Calcutta High Court. "We cannot discuss the issue as it is a subjudice matter. We will not comment on the Netai village incident in Lalgarh till the government submits its affidavit," Left Front chairman Biman Bose told newspersons here after a LF meeting. A division bench presided over by Chief Justice J N Patel acting on a PIL had yesterday directed the state government to file an affidavit stating its position on the prayers for a CBI probe, interim compensation and dismantling of armed camps in junglemahal area by January 13.
