Legal advisors named for ONGC, GAIL selloffs

The government is believed to have selected Crawford and Bailey as legal advisers for offloading equity in Oil and Natural Gas Corporation and Dua and Associates for Gail India's public offer.
The two advisers were reported to have submitted the lowest fees for the mandate, the bids for which were opened yesterday, disinvestment ministry sources said.
