| Lehman Brothers, the global investment bank, on Tuesday formally announced the acquisition of the institutional broking business of leading domestic brokerage Brics Securities. Brics, part of JV Gokal Group, offers comprehensive financial services including equity, debt and commodity brokerage, portfolio management, distribution of third-party products and depository facilities.
