 Under the system, which is based on the concept of bio-mass gassification, villagers will get uninterrupted electricity at Rs 3 per unit without subsidies.

 With little government support for the project, IRMA is co-ordinating with the Confederation of Indian Industry to develop a system through which the concept can be popularised.
