M&M chairman meets Uttaranchal CM

Keshab Mahindra, chairman of Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M), met Uttaranchal Chief Minister N D Tiwari yesterday to discuss issues relating to the Rs 1,500 crore four-wheeler facility the company is planning in the state.

The company is looking for nearly 250 acres of land near Haridwar, Roorkee or Pantnagar for the facility, an official company release said today.

The company will employ nearly 2,000 persons at the facility, the release added.
