Macron's India visit: Pact to be signed to accept professional degrees

India currently has only a handful of such agreements with other nations, covering a few disciplines

India is expected to sign with France a series of agreements seeking to allow Indian professionals to work in that country without needing an additional degree, and vice versa. A set of Mutual Recognition Agreements (MRAs) for professional courses will be signed during French President Emmanuel Macron's coming visit to India starting Saturday, senior diplomatic sources confirmed to Business Standard.
