Maharashtra: Sharad Pawar ahead by 64,000 votes

NCP president Sharad Pawar was leading over Subhash Deshmukh (BJP) over 64,000 votes while Supriya Sule (NCP) was leading over Kanta Nalwade (BJP) by over 17,000 votes in Baramati.         

RPI (A) leader Ramdas Athavale is trailing behind his Shiv Sena rival Bapusaheb Wakchaure by 16,000 votes in Shirdi.         

BJP is leading in Chandrapur, Jalgaon and Raver.         

In Kolhapur, NCP rebel and independent candidate Sadashiv Mandlik was leading over his NCP rival Chhatrapati Sambhajiraje.
