Mantralaya fire: Govt refutes sabotage claim

Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan on Tuesday strongly rejected the Opposition's charges the fire, which broke out in Mantralaya on June 21, was a sabotage to destroy important files pertaining to various scams and irregularities including Adarsh, Lavasa. Instead, Chavan in his reply to debate in the state council and assembly, said preliminary investigations revealed the fire was an accident.
