 A release from the company said that the certification was the result of a process approach to improving the effectiveness of a quality management system to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements.

 The ISO 9001 certification process assesses continuing process efficiencies through all stages of design, manufacture and sale.

 The release further said the customers will benefit from changing designs and range in line with fashion trends, faster delivery, better informed sales people, personalised service and efficient after-sales service.
