Finance minister Jaswant Singh yesterday said the ministry planned to place a mid-year Budget revision during the winter session of Parliament beginning on November 18.
Stating that the budget-making process would be made more transparent, he said, "I hope to present a mid-year Budget position to Parliament in the November session. We will indicate the markers for the future.
