Monsoon session of Parliament from July 24

Government has requested President A P J Abdul Kalam to convene the Monsoon Session of Parliament from July 24.

The session would last till August 30, Parliamentary Affairs Minister P R Dasmunsi announced today after a meeting of the Union Cabinet, which approved the proposal of the Cabinet Committee on Political Affairs for convening of the session.
