Three more properties are awaiting approval for sale from the Project Implementation and Clearance Board (PICB). The price for the Hotel Rahil is set at Rs 6.23 crore.
A meeting of the Project Implementation and Clearance Board (PCIB) will shortlist bidders for a few properties and will also approve floor prices for the others in its next meeting scheduled for June 11.
The other properties are an area of 16.02 acres in Chandanpura village in west Bhopal, a highway retreat in Karera village of Shivpuri district, and another property in Sakaria village of Panna district.
