Naandi Takes Up Irrigation Projects

Naandi Foundation, a non- government organisation (NGO) founded by four major corporates -- Dr Reddy's Laboratories, Satyam Computer Services, Nagarjuna Fertilisers (NFCL) and Global Trust Bank (GTB) -- have taken up a major task of executing about 1000 defunct irrigation projects in the state, which require at least Rs 5000 crore investment for the completion of the projects.

The foundation has already put five projects back on stream as an initial gesture.
