Naidu is likely to hold meetings with Left leaders Prakash Karat, A B Bardhan and also leaders of the UNPA constituents and other like-minded parties, TDP spokesman M V Mysoora Reddy said here.

The regional party, a key member of the UNPA, is opposing the Indo-US nuclear deal on the ground that it is against national interests.

Naidu, Convener of the UNPA, had earlier held confabulations with BSP chief Mayawati on the strategy to adopt for the floor test in Lok Sabha.

The talks between the two leaders assume significance amid the buzz over the BSP joining the UNPA after Mayawati's bete noire Mulayam Singh Yadav switched sides to support the UPA on the deal.

The TDP has five MPs in the Lok Sabha.
