The National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (Nalsar) University is planning to open two centres — one in Munich (Germany) and the other in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) — to offer postgraduate diploma course in aviation law and air transportation management (PGDALATM).
"We are currently in discussions with our partners in those countries and expect to start the diploma courses sometime next year," V Balakista Reddy, head (air and space law), Nalsar, said here on Thursday. More than 100 students were awarded degrees in the convocation ceremony.
Reddy said the university was in the process of signing a memorandum of understanding with GMR group, which will facilitate the PGDALATM students to undertake project work and internship at the GMR-run international airports in Hyderabad and New Delhi.
