Nasdaq gains 7pts; ADRs tank

The Dow Jones industrial average moved up five points to 11,397. The Nasdaq added seven points to 2173.

Indian ADRs tumbled across the board. MTNL and VSNL plunged around 7% each to $6.45 and $16.77, respectively. Tata Motors tumbled over 6% to $18.23. Wipro, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank and Dr.Reddy's were down 2-3% each.
