Nasdaq slips 21pts; ADRs subdued

The US indices slipped on Monday following slide in technology stocks.  The Dow was down nine points at 11,670. The Nasdaq slipped 21 points to 2238.

Indian ADRs, too, ended on a subdued note. ICICI Bank and Dr.Reddy's dropped nearly 2% each to $30.17 and $15.54, respectively. Most of the other ADRs finished on a rather flat note.

The crude oil futures for November delivery plunged $1.88 to settle at $61.03 per barrel on the NYMEX.
