Nasdaq tumbles 36pts; ADRs drop

The Dow Jones industrial average was down nine points at 12,568. The Nasdaq tumbled 36 points to 2443.

Indian ADRs tumbled - Wipro plunged 3% to $17.20. Infosys, Satyam and HDFC Bank dropped over 2% each to $56.06, $25.23 and $74.62, respectively. ICICI Bank and MTNL were down over 1.5% each to $44.09 and $7.13, respectively. VSNL, however, soared nearly 2% to $21.31.
