Nasscom-AP to work on policy measures

The National Association of Software and Services Companies (Nasscom) and the Andhra Pradesh government would work on policy measures for attracting engineering services companies to establish their units in the state. The policy measures include special incentive packages and creation of product testing laboratory.

The issue was discussed when Nasscom president, Som Mittal, called on state information technology and communications principal secretary, K Ratna Prabha. Mittal was here to attend Nasscom's executive committee meeting.

According to an official press release, Nasscom president and Ratna Prabha also discussed repositioning Hyderabad as a destination of investment and promotion of animation industry in the state.
