New Director For Andhra Bank

The general secretary of the All India Andhra Bank Officers Federation (AIABOF), the recognised major union of Andhra Bank officers, K V Subbiah, has been nominated as employee director on the board of directors of the bank.

The department of economic affairs of the ministry of finance issued a notification on April 1, stating that he would be in that position for a period of three years from the date of notification. Subbiah is working as inspector of branches in the middle management scale-iii cadres, according to a release here.
