Not aware of report: Citibank

Citibank says it has no knowledge of any report that may have been submitted to the MRTPC by the Director General of Investigation and Registration (DGIR).

"We will take further steps in the matter as and when we are called upon to do so. We wish to state that Citibank conducts its business in accordance and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations," a release said.

The bank said that in response to a letter, details in relation to its credit card business were submitted to DGIR. "However, we have received no further communication or notice from either the DGIR office or from the Commission," the release said.
