The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the CBI asking why proceedings against Allahabad Bank should not be quashed in a suit filed by Allahabad Bank against the CBI.
Justice SK Mahajan also stayed the arrest of two employees of Allahabad Bank, Pran Nath Rattan and Umesh Sehgal, till July 30, the next date of hearing. The CBI had taken action against Allahabad Bank following a complaint filed by MS Shoes.
