NVISH to open centre in Gurgaon

Panchkula-based software development company NVISH Solutions Private Ltd is all set to open off-shore development centres at Chennai and Gurgaon. The company has offices in Chandigarh, Panchkula, Shimla and an overseas office in USA at Paso Robles.
 
Company Director Gurmail Singh told Business Standard that the present strength of employees was more than 100 and they proposed to hire 500 IT professionals by the year end to support its expansion.
 
NVISH Solutions, promoted by two Indian expats Gurmail Singh and Amarpal Singh in Silicon valley USA, opened its developemnt centre at Panchkula last year as a 100 per cent export-oriented unit, registered with STPI.
 
According to Gurmail Singh they plan to cater to both global and domestic market. "All our customers till now are fortune 500 companies. This gives us lucrative returns on software models and has helped us to retain our staff despite a high attrition rate in the industry," said Singh.
 
He said in the domestic market they propose to work for the government sector as a part of the corporate social responsibility.
 
He said they would design the work flow solutions for the state governments for managing projects. "The development projects in the states are funded from various sources. Updated information, related to revenue and expenditure of the project, can be viewed from such software," he added.
 
NVISH along with e-Visual media proposed to the Himachal government to improve the IT standards.
