Continuing with his anti-Obama rhetoric, former US Vice President Dick Cheney today said US President would be a one-term president.

Cheney's remarks at a conservative conference came days after a CNN poll said majority of Americans think that Obama is unlikely to be re-elected in 2012.

"I think 2010 is going to be a phenomenal year for the conservative cause. I think Barack Obama is a one-term President," Cheney said.

Cheney made similar remarks during the course of an interview with The Scott Hennen Show, a conservative radio show based in North Dakota.

He said the Obama administration is "thin-skinned" and goes into campaign mode to react to his criticism of its "indefencible" policies.

"I just think they're thin-skinned and they don't like being criticised," he said.

According to Cheney, Obama totally misread the results of the last election.

"He really believed he had some kind of a mandate to take the country in a radical direction... healthcare policy, cap and trade, economic policies, size of the government, counterterrorism policy, and I think he's been proven wrong on virtually every point," he said.
