A day after the global crude oil prices perked up to a record high of $64.27 a barrel, US light crude oil for September delivery eased to $63.07 a barrel - a fall of 87 cents - on Tuesday. The London Brent crude declined 72 cents to close at $61.98 per barrel. In the commodity segment, the Comex gold dipped 50 cents to settle at $439.80 an ounce. |
