Crude oil prices took a breather on Friday, after rising steadily in the past few trading sessions. While the Nymex U.S. light crude oil for July delivery dipped 74 cents to $53.54 a barrel, the London Brent crude lost $1.12 to settle at $52.70 per barrel. The commodity segment saw the Comex gold surge $3.20 to settle at $429.30 an ounce. |
