Oil up at $50.92/bbl

Global crude oil prices ruled firm on Monday, with the Nymex U.S. light crude oil June delivery rising $1.20 to close at $50.92.

In the metal category, the Comex gold slumped $5.60 to settle at $430.50 an ounce.
