Online help for farmers on the cards

The government is planning to set up call centres for the farmers to get technical information free of cost.

Announcing this here, Agriculture Minister Rajnath Singh said the scheme was likely to be operational from January 26. Prime Minster Atal Bihari Vajpayee was likely to inaugurate the new service, he added.
