Pak may import 1 lakh tn sugar from India

Pakistan is looking for one lakh tonne white sugar from India in order to reduce the increasing import cost from other foreign destinations.

Pakistan had recently purchased 50,000 tonne sugar from a Dubai-based firm at $504 per tonne CIF Karachi.
