Pak Minister Links Trade With Kashmir Issue

Pakistan commerce minister Abdul Razak Dawood today linked improvement in trading relations with India to the dispute on Kashmir and said that trade between the two countries was dependent on better political and social environment.

Dawood also criticised India for following a protectionist policy of high tariff barriers, which, coupled with non-tariff barriers prevented access to Indian markets.
