The selection process of developer for the proposed Pharma City near Visakhapatnam, would be completed by April 15, MVS Prasad, the vice-chairman and MD of AP Industrial Infrastructure Corporation(APIIC), said.
After the evaluation of Expression of Interest (EoI) bids, APIIC had short-listed seven companies and gave them request for proposals, he said. APIIC has given time for these companies for submission of their bids till March end. By April 15, APIIC would finalise developer, he added.
APIIC earmarked nearly 2,162 acres of land at Parawada near Visakhapatnam. Some of the bidders are visiting the proposed site for Pharma City along with APIIC officials. The corporation has recently laid roads in the Pharma City site.
