PM in SA: Indo-SACU trade pact on the anvil

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today expressed the hope that a Preferential Trade Agreement (PTA) between India and the five-nation Southern African Customs Union (SACU) would become a reality before long.

When asked about the prospects of such an agreement, Singh said the cabinet had already given its approval for negotiations for such an agreement.
