PM praises Sonia, backs Palestine

 Domestic politics took pride of place at a reception for Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee hosted by Ambassador Lalit Mansingh in New York and his own party was taken aback when he chose to warmly praise Sonia Gandhi on foreign soil.

 Speaking in the context of India
