Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will visit Gujarat for election campaigning tomorrow, a Congress party spokesperson said here today.

Singh will address two public meetings in Ahmedabad and Surat, Convener of the Congress coordination committee Badruddin Sheikh said in a statement.

Congress general secretary, Rahul Gandhi is likely to visit the state on April 27 or April 28 where he will be doing road shows in different constituencies, Congress sources said.

Yesterday, Congress president Sonia Gandhi addressed three rallies in Jetpur (Rajkot), Halol (Vadodara) and Kheralu (Mehsana) talukas and criticised the state government for not doing its work.

She also rebuked the BJP on the Kandahar episode and said they were telling hundred lies to hide one lie.

During her election rallies Gandhi had attacked the saffron party by saying that the BJP was taking orders from the RSS, while the Congress was taking instructions from the common man.
