| Ending all speculation on his proposed visit to Russia, the government today announced Prime Minister Manmohan Singh would leave for Moscow on November 11. During his two-day "working visit" Singh would hold talks with his counterpart Russian President Vladimir V Putin. A number of agreements are likely to be signed during the visit. Singh |
