Power failure hits western Maharashtra

 The Kalwa receiving station belongs to the Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB).

 Many parts of the state such as Pune, Mahabaleshwar and Kalwa-Padghe went without power for over two hours. Mumbai, however, did not face any interruption in power supply.

 MSEB chairman Asoke Basak has ordered the board
