Pre-market: Global cues positive

The Sensex is likely to open higher backed by firm global markets.
The US markets ended on a firm note, with Dow ended at a record 12,674.

While Nikkei was up 80 points at 17,600, the Hang Seng had gained 74 points at 20,504.

The Sensex is likely to face resistance around 14,330-14,350-14,370 levels. On the downside, the index may find support around 14,200-14,185-14,160 levels.
