Programme on utilisation of remote sensing

The Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (Fapcci), in association with National Remote Sensing Agency (NRSA), is organising an awareness programme on 'Utilisation of Remote Sensing and Geographical Information System (GIS) Technology' on March 20.

The programme includes presentations by NRSA scientists on applications of remote sensing and GIS for utilities planning, land and water resources, data products etc.

M Gopalakrishna, chairman of Andhra Pradesh State Finance Corporation (APSFC), while RR Navalgund, director of NRSA, will deliver the keynote address.
