Property show draws 1. 5 lakh visitors in two days

A property buying and selling event in Ahmedabad, organised by Gujarat Institute of Housing and Estate Developers (GIHED), has broken new records with 1, 50,000 visitors in the first two days - more than the three days of last year's event, according to the organisers.

Shekhar Patel, president, GIHED said, "While markets in many regions face uncertain futures, visitors have been flocking to GIHED property show to take the pulse of the changing local and regional real estate market.The show is a true investor-level, customer friendly business-to-business show."

The exhibition housed stalls of more than 100 developers, featuring a variety of upcoming projects in the city. The GIHED Property Show is an annual event that provides a platform for potential buyers, developers, government, investors, fund managers, marketing agents and financial institution and mortgage agencies who seek opportunities in the real estate market in Gujarat.
