In a sign that the quality of mobile services in the country has improved, albeit slightly, the number of congested points of interconnection (PoIs) has fell by 42 to 457 POIs for the quarter ended June 2007. This is in comparison with the 499 POS with congestion of over 10% recorded during the prior three-month-period ended March.
