Rail Budget: Experts say good for passengers

 The Railway Minister has presented a very progressive budget having a thoughtful approach towards the common man. Clearly, it is about increasing volume by reducing unit cost.

Also, Railways making a profit of Rs 20,000 crore before dividend is commendable. The operating ratio of 78.8% reflects the healthy state of Indian Railways. And it doesn
