The railway budget for 2007-08 is going to provide much needed relief to average working class Mumbaikars who spend anything between 45 minutes to two hours commuting to and from work as railway minister Lalau Prasad Yadav announced to undertake Rs 5,000 crore Mumbai Urban Transport Project II (MUTP II), aimed at upgrading suburban railway network.
