The Rs 162-crore Pharma City Project at Visakhapatnam, which is proposed in a public-private partnership format, has found a new private developer in Ramky Group as the Krisson Technologies Consortium has backed out of the venture.
The Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation(APIIC), the nodal agency for the development of project, has issued an LoI to Ramky Group for the development of the project recently. Sources said that the contract agreement to this effect is to be signed in a couple of days.
