Record price for coop sugar mill

 Turbomachinery Engineering came up with Rs 11 crore for the Nizamabad Cooperative Sugar Factory, while GMR Technologies and Industries offered Rs 4.5 crore for the Amadalavalasa Cooperative Sugar Factory. A total of nine bidders contested for the three mills. The bids were opened last weekend.

 Currently bids are invited by October 22 for Nannapaneni Venkatrao Co-operative Sugars, Jampani, Guntur District and Kovuru Cooperative Sugar Factory, Nellore, according to a release by Implementation Secretariat.
