The authorites today recommended to the Election Commission repolls in 16 booths in Bihar's Nawada parliamentary constituency that went to balloting in the first phase yesterday, officials sources said.
We have recommended to the Election Commission ordering repoll in 16 booths in the constituency following complaints of breaking up of electronic voting machines (EVMs) and other electoral malpractices, sources said.
The administration recommended repoll in booth numbers 43, 111, 138, 182, 192, 266, 75, 76, 206, 41, 72, 155, 161, 162, 231, and 35 in the constituency.
