The department of revenue has boycotted the recently held meeting by the Duty Exemption Pass Book scheme (DEPB) committee in New Delhi. The meeting, organised to bring together industry participants and administrative staff, saw no member of the department of revenue at the meeting despite repeated attempts to rope them in.
