RIL board meeting put off

RIL on Wednesday postponed its board meeting for the second time. It was earlier scheduled for August 27. The company has not yet decided on a new date or notified the BSE. When asked, an RIL spokesperson declined to comment.

The board was to consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2009, and to consider and recommend dividend on equity shares.
